A Quality Manual is needed by a Food company in order to be compliant. Criterion to be covered by this regulation is that you prepare food for third parties. So this is also applies for instance to caterers. Amongst other Commission Regulation 1078/2005 is applicable. Compliance issues play a big role here. In our philosophy a succinctly Quality Manual is better than an extended one. Per January 1th 2019 all Quality Manuals need to be compliant to new legislations in HAACP.
